On arrival day, you are welcome to arrive at the center anytime after 3pm. We will be waiting for you with a meal, a beautiful room for you to settle in and decompress. We will have an evening orientation circle to introduce everyone, share stories and go over any questions.

2 / Ceremony day

This day is about resting, integrating into the space, and having a one on one session for preparation with your provider before your Iboga ceremony. We will all have a healthy breakfast, and a nourishing lunch - the last meal of the day -  at 2pm and then fasting after 3 pm. The first Iboga ceremony will begin at 9 pm - with Bwiti music, and guidance of our Iboga providers through the night.

3 / Reflection Day

The reflection day is a continuum of the ceremony. When the sun rises after your first Iboga ceremony our provider will lead you to your room where you can rest, reflect and integrate your experience. The medicine will still be working with you throughout the day and it is important that everyone take this time to listen and be with what they are receiving, and to rest. We will check on you frequently and helping you to navigate & integrate your experience - which is key to your Iboga healing.

4 / Rest Day

The rest day is exactly what it sounds like: rest. Relax & rejuvenate yourself in nature to be present & return to yourself.  Start reflecting and preparing for you second ceremony. This is also the day we offer the spiritual shower, to wash off any lingering old energy and invite in the new.

It is important to remember that you are still in the healing process and we will be there for any one-on counselling / follow up / integration you may need.

5 / Ceremony day

The second ceremony gives the opportunity to go deeper with the medicine and yourself, gaining greater clarity and completing the circle. Each persons experience is uniquely there. Before the ceremony you'll get a chance to sit down with your provider to prepare for the ceremony and to discuss any specific targets / goals that you may have.

The reflection day is a continuum of the ceremony. When the sun rises after your first Iboga ceremony our provider will lead you to your room where you can rest, reflect and integrate your experience. The medicine will still be working with you throughout day and it is important that everyone take this time to listen and be with what they are receiving, and to rest. We will check on you periodically and are always available to talk.

Enjoy celebratory breakfast and get yourself ready to experience the new you!

After breakfast we will have a closing circle to help get ready for the outside world and set you up for a successful integration and life without the weight of past trauma, connected to your soul and purpose.

After the closing circle you'll go out into the world and enjoy life! ❤️
